Key Responsibilities:

Assess and identify the unique needs of each student, creating a healthy, inspiring, and inclusive learning space that promotes growth and confidence.
Plan, deliver, and evaluate lessons and student work to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Regularly communicate with parents to update them on their child's progress, offering strategies and recommendations for enhancing learning at home.
Utilize specialized tools and technology to create engaging, interactive, and accessible learning experiences for students.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Special Education (Master's Degree preferred).
Current Virginia state certification in Special Education or eligibility to obtain certification.
At least two years of teaching experience, with a preference for virtual teaching experience.
