Schedule: This is a hybrid position with in-office work required on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our Oak Brook, IL office. The role offers remote work on Tuesday and Friday, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Summary:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Salesforce environments, including the Bullhorn for Salesforce application, which serves as our CRM and ATS solution. Your primary focus will be on enhancing user experiences through thoughtful design and automation, ultimately helping our sales team operate more efficiently and collect more accurate data. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and end users to understand and document business processes, ensuring that technology solutions are tailored to optimize sales workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in Salesforce, particularly within the staffing industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing sales and recruiting processes to identify opportunities for technical enhancements and efficiencies, proactively proposing and implementing solutions in Salesforce.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation rules to meet the needs of the sales and recruiting teams.
- Develop and maintain customer reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage Salesforce updates effectively.
- Offer ongoing support and training to users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage Salesforce projects.
- Work with vendors and consultants on specialized projects as needed.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to safeguard data.
- Plan and ensure effective disaster recovery strategies.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with Salesforce is essential.
- Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with Talent Rover and Bullhorn is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills, utilizing tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Experience managing Salesforce deployments using tools like Flosum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Experience in documentation and change management practices.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the staffing/recruiting industry is highly desirable.
- Salesforce certification is a plus.
