Position: Senior Solutions Architect

Job Purpose: Facilitates the implementation and optimization of process and systems infrastructure for our clients. The role uses strong solution architecture and business analysis skills, detailed industry knowledge of best practices, and a formal understanding of the applications as they pertain to the customer's business needs.

Senior Solutions Architect Performance Responsibilities:

• Leads customer Discovery, including business processes re-engineered as needed.
• Translates customer requirements into sound NetSuite architecture.
• Leads iterative customer-facing configuration and training sessions across the full suite of NetSuite functionality.
• Operates as translator between customer and the development team to ensure customizations meet or exceed business expectations.
• Maintains current detailed knowledge of NetSuite functional footprint and custom solutions that extend native NetSuite functionality.
• Leads internal knowledge sharing sessions to promote cross education.
• Performs Technical analysis and solution design activities for complex customizations and third-party integrations.
• Adheres to and provides recommended enhancements to methodology and internal processes.
• Helps to document best practices in developing and deploying solutions.
• Establishes a relationship as a trusted advisor in pre-sales alignment meetings and product demonstrations from a technology perspective and assists with an estimation of overall implementation for new clients/projects.
• Mentorship of new solution architects.
• As a recognized leader, the solution architect mentors/coaches the consulting team around project delivery tasks and acts as a trusted advisor to the client and project team throughout the project.
• Participates in client's business and functional requirements gathering sessions, identifies gaps and recommends solutions. The solution architect should recommend current leading NS Practices whenever possible. In addition, the solution architect should recommend business process changes when appropriate.
• Prepares and presents overall solution design to be agreed with the client. This could require providing guidance to the senior consultant to develop and deliver the solution design.
• Performs Technical analysis and solution design activities for complex customizations and third-party integration.
• As a recognized leader, the solution architect mentors/coaches the consulting team around project delivery tasks and acts as a trusted advisor to the client and project team throughout the project.
• Actively collaborates with the project manager in a leadership capacity to keep projects on track from a time management and scope perspective.
• Delegate appropriate tasks and provide mentorship to Solutions Architects.
• Responsible for overall project satisfaction of customers and for meeting or exceeding minimum project profitability targets.
• Acts as a point of escalation for customer project sponsors.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 10+ years in ERP and/or CRM consulting in the Small and Medium Business market.
• Deep financial expertise is required. Former CPA would be a plus!
• Bachelors or Masters degree with concentration in Accounting or Finance desired.
• Proficient and experienced in guiding conversations with C-level Executives.
• Demonstrates required proficiency in NetSuite and related tools and systems.
• Experienced in solution design of NetSuite and pre-sales activities.
• Clear track record of customer success in high tech, consumer products, manufacturing and/or services enterprises.
• NetSuite experience as a consultant required.
• Travel required - 10 - 20%.
• Must be based in United States, preference would be given to local, Texas based candidates. Relocation to Plano, Texas is available.
• Self-motivated with ability to work virtually and remotely
