Description: We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience to facilitate and lead Agile development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing Scrum practices, fostering team collaboration, and removing impediments to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure teams adhere to Scrum principles and practices.
• Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, promoting a culture of trust and collaboration.
• Help teams self-organize, manage their work, and deliver high-value increments.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in Agile processes.
• Track and communicate Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts).
• Proactively identify and remove blockers to enable team productivity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and other teams to resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined product backlog.
• Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders.
• Educate team members and stakeholders on Agile principles.
• Mentor team members to ensure Agile best practices are followed.

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Background in software development or project management.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
