  The Role

The role in our Rotational Development Program is designed for self-driven individuals. You will be exposed to exciting areas of growth and knowledge in the functional areas of our company initially learning the nuances of lighting and lighting controls, and depending on you desire for rotation, gain increasing responsibility in job scope and management. One common trait shared by all Chelsea employees is that we knew nothing about lighting when we started.
