Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 4 years of experience, or 8 years of construction-related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel up to 60%. We typically work 10 days on/4 days off. 
• Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and dedication to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee safety compliance and foster a safety-first culture.
• Manage job cost spread, project estimates, and financial aspects.
• Lead project sequencing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct detailed cost reporting and financial management.
• Approve invoices, manage procurement, and financial expenditures.
• Handle change order processes and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Lead reporting efforts and resolve project hurdles.
