As a Marketing Events Assistant , you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of marketing events. You’ll work closely with our marketing and event coordination teams to ensure every detail is managed, helping to create memorable experiences for our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Coordinate logistics , including venue setup, materials, and vendor management.
• Engage with attendees during events to promote brand awareness and encourage participation.
• Track and report on event success, providing insights on attendee engagement and campaign performance .
• Maintain event inventory, ensuring all marketing materials and supplies are prepared and available.
• Provide on-the-day support for events, helping ensure a seamless experience for both clients and participants.
• Assist in post-event follow-up , including data collection and reporting on outcomes.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in event planning , marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and attendees.
• Ability to problem-solve in real-time and manage unforeseen event challenges.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences .
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.
