Job Description

Seeking an experienced leasing professional for our luxury apartment community in Northern Phoenix. This is an excellent opportunity for career development, offering a path to growth and advancement within a supportive environment. Previous onsite experience in apartment leasing is required, along with an elevated demeanor for a luxury living and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all aspects of leasing, including touring properties, accepting and processing applications, and handling phone inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring compliance with company procedures and fair housing regulations.
  • Process necessary paperwork, including rental payments, move-in/move-out documentation, rent charges, eviction notices, and collections.
  • Follow-up on all leads, guest cards, phone inquiries, internet leads, walk-ins, etc.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience
  • Fair Housing certificate
  • Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, CRM, Knock preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certified LIHTC a bonus but not required
  • Open availability (Monday-Sunday)
  • Professional presentation and adherence to company dress code policy
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred but not required.
