YOUR ROLE

  • Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a 24-month rotational program starting in July 2025 designed to develop future generations of business leaders in finance or purchasing. As a participant in the program, you will:
  • In the finance cohort - rotate through multiple business functions within Finance and Controlling.
  • In the purchasing cohort – gather experience in a various purchasing areas including indirect material and services with focus on logistics and Regional Supply Resilience team supporting all business units.
  • Show your full potential in day-to-day operations while we put your entrepreneurial and leadership skills to the test with the ownership of impactful projects.
  • Have direct exposure and close cooperation with top management across functions and geographical scope.
  • Receive ongoing support from your manager, mentor, and through peer exchange.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's in finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or other related business major.
  • Experience from at least one previous internship or other work experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a hands-on attitude.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong desire / drive to become a future leader in an organization.
  • Passion, drive, and readiness to challenge status quo (should be in your DNA).
  • Forward-looking ability to anticipate industry trends and proactively adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Proficient in the latest technologies trends, with an understanding of how to leverage these tools to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.
  • Naturally inquisitive and eager to explore new ideas, with a proven track record of using creative thinking and analytical skills to identify and solve complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Open to work in new environments both during and after the program.
  • Relocate nationally / internationally.
  • Explore potential career in Finance / Controlling / Purchasing

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
