We specialize in Asian fusion cuisine, with a focus on Chinese flavors, Sichuan spices, sushi, sashimi, and an extensive bar featuring natural wines, premium sake, and spirits. We aim to provide every guest with an exceptional dining experience
Responsibilities:
- Swiftly and accurately deliver dishes from the kitchen to the dining room
- Support servers by ensuring dishes are delivered in a timely, organized manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
- Help create a seamless dining experience by assisting guests as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to uphold high service standards
Qualifications:
- Chinese speaking is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, especially Chinese food
- Previous experience in an upscale/ fine dining restaurant is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail, able to multitask under pressure
- Passion for providing outstanding hospitality
- NYC Food Protection Certificate is preferred, but not required
