About the Role: As an Events Assistant, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ranging from product launches to corporate functions. You'll collaborate closely with our talented events team to deliver extraordinary experiences that reflect our clients' visions and goals. Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing event concepts and timelines to align with client needs.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue bookings, vendor arrangements, and equipment setup.
• Work with internal teams to ensure all event details are executed seamlessly.
• Help manage budgets, monitor expenses, and track event milestones.
• Act as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and team members during events.
• Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and assist in generating reports for clients.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a bonus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
