You will work closely with our event managers and coordinators to assist with logistics, vendor relations, and on-site management to ensure every event runs smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of events, including corporate functions, private events, and large-scale conferences.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure all event details are confirmed.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of event materials and equipment.
• Manage event timelines and assist in troubleshooting issues that arise during events.
• Handle event registration and guest list management.
• Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment.
• Provide administrative support to the event planning team as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
