Job Description As our Events Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of various events, both large and small. Working closely with our Events Manager, you'll be an integral part of delivering memorable and impact full experiences that align with our client’s brand strategies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who loves coordinating and organizing events and who is motivated to see projects come to life. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and client events
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor arrangements, and transportation
• Work with the marketing team to ensure promotional material aligns with event goals
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, managing on-site logistics for seamless execution
• Track budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency for each event
• Maintain strong communication with clients and team members throughout all event stages
• Conduct post-event evaluations to determine areas for improvement

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a team-player mindset
