Senior Desktop Support Analyst 
Location: Memphis, TN 

We are seeking a skilled Senior   Desktop Support Analyst to join our team and provide high-level technical support for desktop systems, applications, and hardware within a dynamic enterprise environment. This position involves hands-on troubleshooting and customer service, ensuring users receive timely support for any technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level and second-tier support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows operating systems , applications, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and manage escalated incidents.
• Install, configure, and maintain endpoints, including computers, printers , and other peripherals.
• Assist with inventory management for IT equipment and maintain updated records of hardware and software assets.
• Support users working with Microsoft Intune and manage devices within Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra ID) environments.
• Provide technical assistance for iOS devices, mobile apps, and MacOS platforms .
• Configure network-connected printers and support peripherals, including Lexmark, Xerox, and HP printers.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience providing desktop support in a service desk or help desk environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems , with Windows 11 experience preferred.
• Experience with endpoint management tools , particularly Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with Active Directory environments for user and device management.
• Proven experience supporting mobile devices (iOS) and troubleshooting MacOS systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to process information quickly with attention to detail.
