Qualifications:

* General Contractor Business development experience in the commercial construction industry with their own book of business with NJ clients.
* Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered
* Thorough understanding of construction processes and ability to navigate job sites
* Highly motivated, driven, outgoing and the ability to work with little supervision
* Extensive knowledge in construction processes that aid in completing projects on time and within budget
* Effective communication skills are a must to build and maintain client relationships
