• Evaluate risk management policies, risk appetite, and risk limits within each business, with an eye toward standardizing practices and Key Performance Indicators.
• Utilize macroeconomic shocks to evaluate the potential impact on the firm.
• Advise and consult with leadership on new business opportunities and long-term risk strategies.
• Seek technology and innovation to align systems with a strategy to provide effective reporting tools.
• Work with Business Leaders to provide risk reporting and trend analysis on a Quarterly/Semi-Annual basis in a standardized “Dashboard” format.
• Participate in leadership meetings to provide a corporate-wide risk perspective.
• Maintain a current knowledge of developing trends and best practices in the enterprise risk management space.
• Work with the individual business unit risk management team to create innovative ways to reduce the firm’s risk exposure.
