We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Worcester. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. The successful candidate will be adept in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, along with providing vital support to corporate officers and senior management through precise documentation, budgeting, and report generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing and collection processes effectively.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts across various projects.
• Assist in budgeting and generating financial reports.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Handle confidential information with utmost care.
• Prepare for future responsibilities including payroll and managing employee benefits.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop for tracking expenses and account reconciliation.
• Experience with Construction Accounting Software, specifically Procore.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently.
• A keen eye for documentation accuracy.
• Punctuality and reliability are highly valued.

This position offers an hourly wage starting at $25.00 with a standard 40-hour work week, including opportunities for overtime as workload demands.
